RESEARCH DESIGN shows the path through which the researchers formulate their problem and objective and present their result from the data obtained during the study period. It can be considered as the structure of research , it is the comfile information that holds all of the elements in a research project together, in short it is a plan of the proposed research work.
A very significant decision should be made in research design regarding research approach since it determines how relevant information for a study to obtained. We all know that research design involves many interrelated decision, so we should choose wisely and think carefully for us to be able to construct a study well. Arrangement of conditions for the collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with subject and procedure is one of the function of research design.
For me mixed type of method will formulate an appropriate research design. Questionnaires series that is well-structured will be helpful to come-up appropriate information regarding the goal of the study together with the long run of the study. Interview, upon interviewing the subject of the study, it actually observing what was the study will be made of. At all cost securing the research desig will make our research study reliable at the same time helpful to the reader as will as to the other researcher.
For me CASE STUDY research design is one of the best choise to use when conducting research since it state that it is helpful for testing whether a partcular theory and model actually pertains to phenomena in real life. This is helpful since we say rsearch, we need to gather information that is well organize and reliable which is suit for the case study since, when we say CASE STUDY there's a lot of event that the subject of the study that is being process is already undergoing another study or investagation by other researchers.
