Dissemination Phase 

In research process, DISSEMINATION PHASE is the last phase, this phase prepare research reports in order to communicate finding to the appropriate  audience. Dissemination Phase is similar to review of a final research plan, dissemination reports should also be peer-reviewed from independent colleagues in the same field of research who have not participated in the conduct of the study. The peer-review process of completed reports will ensure objectivity and increase likelihood of a valid and reliable report. 

To be most effective, a dissemination plan should be developed prior to the completion of the study, identifying the strategies for dissemination and the targeted audience. Resources are available that outline creative and effective dissemination plans (Research Utilization Support & Health, 2001). 

In this phase, findings shoud be compatible to the audiences to be able to come-up with reliable research. Individual presence of audiences and their responds can be used as evidence to make the research valid for all the other researcher and also to the readers. It needs also thorough review. 

In this phase,research reports or presentations may be disseminated to other investigators, health professionals, policymakers, or consumers. A brief research report can also be submitted to professional organizations or the media. Press releases should also be considered, as this offers an efficient mechanism for dissemination. Communicating study results to participants is based on the principle of respect for persons and although not required, is increasing in practice (Shalowitz & Miller, 2008).

 In precise, Dissemination is a planned process that involves consideration of target audiences and the settings in which research findings are to be received and, where appropriate, communicating and interacting with wider policy and health service audiences in ways that will facilitate research uptake in decision‐ making processes and practice.

Applying this phase to study ,makes the study become more reliable and helpful to the readers, not just the readers but also to those researcher who wants to make their study become useful in the future.

Data collection is the process of gathering and measuring information on variables of interest, in an established systematic fashion that enables one to answer stated research questions, test hypotheses, and evaluate outcomes. Doing this kind of stuff is a little bit difficult for the researcher to be able to gather data that is reliable, the researcher must be careful in choosing any methods such as interviewing the subject and making questionnaires. So far, as I experience , gathering data from the subject is tricky, objectively and subjectively but the thing is the researcher might focus on one thing, it will comeout by the help of the application that is being use.

A great work does shows the writer’s intentions, quite clearly, opposite to what some contemporary theorists argue.  A  great writer has something specific to say, or perhaps, more typically, a big question to ask about the  world of nature  as it was in the times of that writer.   And it  also observes the truths about the human condition as it occurs in any age. As experience making literature makes as thinks about the things that we never do as usual. It is challenging to make this one as for the research to become more realistic and reliable for the readers as well as to the other researchers.The same to the annotated bibliography,it  provides specific information about each source you have used. As a researcher, you have become an expert on your topic,  you have the ability to explain the content of your sources, assess their usefulness, and share this information with others who may be less familiar with them. 

It isimportant  to decide the tools for data collection because research is carried out in different ways and for different purposes. The objective behind data collection is to capture quality evidence that allows analysis to lead to the formulation of convincing and credible answers to the questions that have been posed. Discovering ones tools for the researchers study is one of the greatest  achievement as a researchers, it will help the researcher to do their study smoothly as doing the proper process to come up to the good outcome about the study.

EMPIRICAL PHASE

It is a phase where in all data that is collected are obtained using appropriate plans. This phase is the most  time- consuming becuase it focuses the data which the researcher needs for investigation. The word empirical describes any information gained by experience, observation, or experiment. One of the central tenets of the scientific method is that evidence must be empirical, i.e. based on evidence observable to the senses.

This involves the collection of data and the preparation of data for analysis. A data collection plan needs to be developed  specifying:

• What data will be collected;

• How the data will be collected (i.e., in person, over the phone);

• Who will collect the data;

• How data collectors will be trained; and

• The data collection procedure (i.e., what order forms are filled out, what the interview 

questions are).

Considerable attention to  detail is required in the data collection phase of any research study in order to decrease the introduction of bias and to ensure complete data sets for all participants.If the study design is experimental, data collectors should be blinded to participant group assignment to avoid the potential for bias. The researcher also needs to have procedures in place if participants become upset or have any problems with the data collection procedure (particularly when interviewing study participants on potentially difficult ).

REFLECTION:

A research design is a framework or blueprint for conducting the marketing research project. It details the procedures necessary for obtaining the information needed to structure or solve marketing research problems. In simple words it is the general plan of how you will go about your research. Research is kind of  difficult task but as the researchers wanted, researcher wants to prove that in every problem there is fruitful solution to it. It is a long process where in you need to look upon all aspect that helps to boost the growth of research. Research design is a plan which investigate to obtained answer to the research question. This might a step where in crucial to a researcher becuase it needs appropriate framework to come up with the exact idea regarding the study.

Research design and planning phase is important in the state where in , all data that is gather will be set to its purpose as well as help the research lead to build the study step by step. Planning is important  for the researcher as well as for the study itself. It is intented to set schedule for the researchers to study and for them to have a time to rest. Research needs time to be fully build. Research is a tool where in it helps the researcher and the readers to gain information that might help them in the future or in daily life.  

RESEARCH DESIGN ESSAY

 RESEARCH DESIGN  shows the path through which the researchers formulate their problem and objective and present their result from the data obtained during the study period. It can be considered as the structure of research , it is the comfile information that holds all of the elements in a research project together, in short it is a plan of the proposed research work. 

A very significant decision should be made in research design regarding research approach since it determines how relevant information for a study to obtained. We all know that research design involves many interrelated decision, so we should choose wisely and think carefully for us to be able to construct a study well. Arrangement of conditions for the collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with subject and procedure is one of the function of research design.

For me mixed type of method will formulate an appropriate research design. Questionnaires series that is well-structured will be helpful to come-up appropriate information regarding the goal of the study together with the long run of the study. Interview, upon interviewing the subject of the study, it actually observing what was the study will be made of. At all cost securing the research desig will make our research study reliable at the same time helpful to the reader as will as to the other researcher.

For me CASE STUDY research design is one of the best choise to use when conducting research since it state that it is helpful for testing whether a partcular theory and model actually pertains to phenomena in real life. This is helpful since we say rsearch, we need to gather information that is well organize and reliable which is suit for the case study since, when we say CASE STUDY there's a lot of event that the subject of the study that is being process is already undergoing another study or investagation by other researchers.

In order for us to obtain useful information, collecting data is  the most appropriate ways to gather much information. Process much be longer but good outcome may come first. Digging from the deep meaning and organizing it according to its properties, information may be seem understood in all sides. A reader of a research is just like a reseaecher who find ways for another meaning of words or things that is not familier with. Understanding the meaning of research ,assists both the reader and researcher towards their goal.

Phases of Research process;

 The conceptual phase- 

According Brink at al. (2006) this phase of research involves activities with a strong conceptual element.  It refers to the process of developing refining abstract ideas. During this phase, the researcher categorises and labels his/her impressions. 

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Rethinking, 
• Theorising, 
• Decision making 
• reviewing ideas 

 The researcher also needs to draw on the skills and abilities of creativity, analysis and insight, as well as on the firm grounding of existing research on the topic of interest“. 

 DESIGN AND PLANNING PHASE:

According to whittemore & Melkus 2008, by completing this phase, reseaechers can pose highly specific and measurable reseaech questions. In this phase, reseaechers select their reseaech design and determine their sampling and data collection. Reseaech design increase the essential of reliability as well as validity with accordance of the meaningful data that is collected.

THE EMPHIRICAL AND ANALYTIC PHASES:

At this phase the process denotes the data that has been  collected and prepared for the data analysis. It involves the data interpretation and identifying correlations and answers to the reseach purpose. ( whittemore & Melkus ,2008) . By this time , all question that the researcher presented  must be confim that is not difinitive at all times.

DISSEMINATION PHASE: 

Smyers(2001) stated that, There is time and time again the general suspicious that what is offered by social science reseaech cannot adequately satisfy the demands of knowleged "(p. 478). This must play a big role since some of the reader must must the most  answer that is satisfying . dissemination of information must be creative if the reseaecher wants to capture the audience , not just creative but also reliable and can be prove that by the evidence presented.

 Online/ Modular class is a new alternative learning that has been implemented this school year 2020- 2021 since the entire world is suffering from COVID-19. Since Nursing field is one of the most field wherein it needs thorough attention and a hundred persent focuse to be able to understand the topic, How nursing student welcome this new technique of studying? How it affects this new alternative to their study capacities?

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

PPE or Personal Protective Equipment is an equipment use to protect our body from any harm or virus. Wearing Personal Pretective Equipment is the safest ways to avoid the trasmission of virus since we are in the state of COVID -19 pandemic. This statement is a path to know what are the advantages of wearing PPE.

• A survey determine the advantages of wearing Personal Protective Equipment during COVID-19 pandemic. The study aims to answer the following question;

1.What are the advantages of PPE?

2. How PPE is useful in daily life since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic?

Importance of awareness about COVID-19.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

 COVID- 19 is an emerging respiratory illness caused by a new coronavirus that was first  described in December 2019 in Wuhan, China( abdel- hady El- Gilany 2020). During the outbreak of this pandemic up until now, how sure the people in the world is aware about COVID -19 pandemic. Each one of us is confused about this COVID-19 since there's alot of information regarding this virus , but the sure is, all of us knows how COVID-19 is dangerous in our heath, physically and emotionally. Being aware is like just preparing for a battle. Any time, any where we might be loss or survive.
